These terms and conditions establish an agreement between you and www.zamzam.com By using the website you accept these terms and conditions. www.zamzam.com reserves the right to change and modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective as soon as they are published on www.zamzam.com website. Continuing to use the site after a change has been made is your acceptance of those changes.

Members / Travelers Information

Travelers must provide the correct name as per used on the passport to avoid any inconvenience during bookings. Members of www.zamzam.com are requested to provide valid email account and add the email address of zamzam.com in their contacts to avoid any inconvenience of receiving our mail as junk or spam mail.

Payment and Rates

Currency exchange rates generally fluctuate on daily basis depending on the global stock market. Any changes relating to currency exchange rate fluctuations will not affect the rates of an already confirmed booking. Likewise, once a reservation has been carried out at the rates you have accepted, there will be no refund for any difference in rates due to exchange rate fluctuations.

Rates include applicable taxes. Any other tourist/ city tax to be paid at the hotel will be shown in Remarks and on the voucher.

International Transaction Fees

International Transaction fee is charged by many credit card providers. Thus www.zamzam.com is not responsible for such charges.

Method of Payment

We accept payments online for B2C using credit/debit card in SAR currency, or any other foreign currencies that is equivalent to SAR based on the standard exchange rate of the day of the booking made.

Refund from Credit Card Payments

When your bookings are paid with a credit card, and you are eligible to receive refund, which depends on Hotel, Transfer & Ground Service Cancelation & amendment policy which must be read by you during the booking process. These policies would be applied accordingly and based on that you will receive a refund back to your credit card approximately within 30 days from the date your request. Once a credit card refund has been processed, you will receive a notification of the refund to the email address you provided at the time of your registration. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Cancellation and Amendment

For any cancelation and amendment depends on Cancelation & amendment policy which must be read by you during the booking process. These policies would be applied accordingly. For any further clarification, you can contact www.zamzam.com support team via support@zamzam.com. www.zamzam.com will not be bound by or responsible for any changes and cancellations made directly with the Hotel, Transfer & Ground Service.

Proof of ID

For security purposes www.zamzam.com reserves right to request proof of ID from the credit card holder as well as a signed authorization forms in case booking is made by the third party.

Hotel, Transfer & Ground Service Information

www.zamzam.com tries to provide accurate information about the hotel, transfer & ground service and their facilities but we are not responsible if the facilities are not available or suitable to the client’s individual preferences. Maintenance or redecoration may be carried out by the hotel without prior notice.


In case of any trouble or complaint, the hotel, transfer or ground service management should be notified immediately. However, if your complaints are not resolved then notify our support department at support@zamzam.com so they can work to help resolve your complaint.

  • Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is our country of domicile.
  • Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
  • If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
  • The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
